once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Orders cannot be modified once confirmed, and cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order or pre-order pieces.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.

5. Shipping

We ship both locally and internationally using trusted courier partners.

Shipping timelines vary based on product availability and destination.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Pieces made to order, made to your measurements, or altered at your request cannot be cancelled or returned, because they are made for you alone. We will tell you clearly at the point of order when a piece is made this way.

• Pieces bought in person at our Victoria Island studio follow our in-store policy, which we will explain at the time.

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair it, replace it or refund you. This applies to every piece, including made to order, and does not affect your statutory rights.
