SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Ego Maduekwe, each order is packed with care and shipped from our Lagos studio or partner fulfilment locations. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, delivery times may vary depending on availability, production stage, and destination.
1. Processing Time
ADA Ready-to-Wear
Orders for in-stock ADA pieces are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During collection launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
EGO Atelier (Made-to-Order)
Each Atelier piece is handcrafted upon order. Production usually requires 10–20 business days, depending on complexity.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your piece is complete and ready to dispatch.
2. Shipping Options
We ship both locally and internationally using trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Approximate transit times:
- Lagos & within Nigeria: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- North America: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Please note: these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays.
3. Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or reduce customs values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number, then notify us at orders@egomaduekwe.com.
We will assist where possible, but Ego Maduekwe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
6. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all pieces are ready — unless otherwise requested.
You may email orders@egomaduekwe.com to arrange split shipment at an additional cost.
7. Packaging
Every Ego Maduekwe order is packaged in our signature wrapping to ensure it arrives beautifully presented.
We encourage re-use or recycling of our packaging materials in keeping with our sustainability values.
