PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY


At Ego Maduekwe, each order is prepared with care. Our garments are produced in limited quantities and, in some cases, made to order. To maintain quality and fairness to all customers, the following terms apply to purchases and cancellations.


1. Order Confirmation

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please review your order carefully, including sizes, colours, and delivery address.

If you notice any error, contact orders@egomaduekwe.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to amend it before processing begins.



 

2. Purchase Options

 

We offer the following types of products:

ADA Ready-to-Wear

  • In-stock and ready to ship.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • Exchanges or store credit may be offered in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy.



EGO Atelier (Made-to-Order)

  • Each piece is handcrafted to order.
  • Production begins once payment is confirmed.
  • Due to the bespoke nature of these items, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once confirmed.


 

 

 

3. Cancellations

 

  • ADA Orders: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
  • EGO Atelier Orders: Cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, as work begins immediately.
  • If you need to cancel within the allowed window, please email orders@egomaduekwe.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our Terms of Service.


 

 

4. Pre-Orders

 

For limited edition or pre-order items:

  • Estimated delivery dates will be stated on the product page.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure your order.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.


 

 

 

5. Changes to Orders

 

After 24 hours, we are unable to modify confirmed orders, including size or colour changes.

Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.


 

 

6. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
